Kinetic Pilates was established in 2009 by Rebecca Convey in North London as a centre for excellence in classical Pilates. 

Over the years, Kinetic Pilates has grown from a 500sqft studio to over 2000sqft in a lovely historic mews.
Stroud Green is an easy reach from Crouch End, Highgate, Highbury, Holloway and Islington and a quick train journey from central London.

Many of our clients have been with us since we opened and we work hard to establish a warm and friendly environment while teaching strong, dynamic classical Pilates and we get results! We have helped many clients recover from injury and have trained professional athletes and dancers, pop stars, models, actors, writers, Mums, Dads, Grandmas, Grandpas, and plain old ordinary folk.
