and specialist exercise apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates in the
1920s. Pilates works and improves core stability, muscle control,
coordination, alignment, and balance; while building strength,
flexibility, posture, body awareness and coordination. There is much more to the Pilates than simple breathing and stretching which is the common misconception. Pilates offers a full body dynamic and challenging workout that is second to none.
