Instructors All instructors at Kinetic Pilates are trained by Romana's Pilates (www.truepilatesny.com) and are personally certified by Joseph Pilates' protégé, Romana Kryzanowska and her daughter Sari Meija. The training programme consists of a minimum of 700 hours of apprenticeship, where they are trained on all pieces of equipment at all levels both practically and theoretically. Apprentices must pass a series of 3 practical and 4 written exams before becoming fully certified. Once certified, all instructors must take a minimum of one Continuing Practical Education per year to continue learning and developing their skills as instructors. Romana's trained instructors are arguably the most knowledgable and well trained in the industry.T
