Classes Private - One-to-one Pilates workouts are designed around your individual needs and goals and incorporate all equipment and mat work. The benefit of Pilates is most effective when studied one-to-one on a regular basis. Private one-to-one sessions will give clients the best results.
Clients are encouraged to take private sessions whenever possible.
Duets- Workouts designed for two people who are at the same level in Pilates. This class is a mix of work on all the equipment and mat work. Most clients will have had a minimum of 4-6 private sessions before duets sessions.
Mat Classes- Pilates Mat work classes are a series of floor exercises, precisely ordered and designed to strengthen, stretch, tone and align the entire body. All mat classes must be pre-booked and are limited to 8 people per class.
Mat classes must be booked in 10 week blocks,
Only Introduction to Mat-based Pilates classes can be attended by absolute beginners.
If you want to take the Intermediate mat classes you must attend a series of private sessions first to get up the the level of the class. Entry into the intermediate classes is at the instructor's discretion.
If you have an injury or illness it is advisable to have private sessions first before you join a mat class to ensure your needs are properly addressed; your ability to join a mat class will then be assessed by your instructor.
