Men
Pilates is excellent for men to practice. It is not just for 'Ladies who Lunch'. Kinetic Pilates trains many men and specialises in designing programmes for men and promises to give an excellent workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more flexible. 






Pregnancy
Pilates is excellent for pregnant women, this fact is well documented and has a proven track record. Whether you are trying to conceive or are recovering from childbirth, pilates will strengthen and tone your body and give you a stronger core. At Kinetic Pilates, you must have been practicing pilates prior to becoming pregnant and we will guide you through your pregnancy and your recovery. If you are already pregnant is is not advisable to start pilates until after you have had the baby. In this case, be sure to contact us after you have given birth and we will be happy to design a programme for you.
We offer a Mum & Baby mat based class, you are welcome to bring your baby along and are able to start 6 weeks after giving birth with your doctor's okay.  (max 8 people).
Babies Welcome
If you book a private session it is possible to bring your baby to your session at certain times during the day. Just ask.
