About Pilates
What are the benefits of Pilates? Pilates will improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. It can also help with pain, stress, and your mental well-being. It will develop your mind-body connection and help you gain control over your body and movement.
How often can I do Pilates? You can do Pilates as often as you'd like. Being a low impact discipline, it won't leave you with big sores, aches and pains so you can do it to your hearts desire. We recommend 2-3 times a week.
I'm not flexible, can I do Pilates? Absolutely, our brilliant teachers have modifications that allow for all body types, moving you towards your goals. And you better believe that during some of the exercises you will have the upper hand on flexible bodies.
Am I too old for Pilates? Not at all. You're never too old for Pilates. If you find the group classes are too fast paced or complicated, our Private Sessions will be perfect for you, where the teacher can cater the class to your needs. Your first Private Session is 50% off.
What is the difference between Tower and Reformer Classes? Reformer is a bed with a moving carriage and springs which has a set routine for each level: basic, intermediate, and advanced. Tower Classes are a combination of Mat and Cadillac Work without a set routine. The teacher will create a class based on the clients' levels and objective for that day.
