Private sessions are all about you, they offer one-on-one attention and access to all equipment in the studio, They focus on your individual needs and goals and provide the best opportunity to delve deep into progressing your Pilates practice.

Reformer Class

Improve your posture, alignment and mind body connection. Work on classical reformers and learn the classical order of exercises.

Tower Class

Increasingly more popular Tower Classes offer strength, stretch, and body and movement awareness. Work with the Tower and Mat and learn to use the Spine Corrector, Magic Circles, and standing work.
