The Romana´s Pilates Instructor Training Programme is one of the most respected classical pilates teacher training certifications in the world. Rebecca Convey is a Level IV Romana's Pilates Instructor and is authorised to supervise an instructor training programme at Kinetic Pilates. As of 2015, Kinetic Pilates is the only certified training centre currently offering Romana's Pilates Instructor Training in the UK.

Romana's Pilates has literally dozens of high level master teachers who trained directly with Romana Kryzanowska (Joseph Pilates' chosen protegée). It is because of this unparalleled concentration of excellent teacher trainers that Romana´s Pilates instructors are considered some of the best in the industry.

The Kinetic Pilates Teacher Training programme (KPTT) works especially closely with senior instructors Marjorie Oron (Level Ix) Jane Poerwoatmojo (Level III), Javier Perez-Pont (Level Ix) and Lauren Stephen (Level III), who were all personally selected by Romana Kryzanowska to train teachers.
